As we are creative beings, our lives become our work of art. ― Julia Cameron
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and deepen your self-awareness. Through active listening, validation, and support, I strive to help you process emotions, navigate challenges, and build coping skills that feel meaningful and empowering for you.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, in both private agencies and community clinics. My journey has included extensive work with first-generation immigrants, minority populations, and their families, where I’ve focused on providing therapies that are both culturally and linguistically sensitive. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, working with you to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, career concerns, self-identity, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. Together, we can explore your unique experiences with curiosity and compassion to support your path forward.
