Issues Treated
Anxiety, Burnout, Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues

As a Chinese-American child of immigrant parents, I understand how identity, family expectations, culture, and belonging can shape the way we move through the world. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, perfectionism, and questions around identity and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed frameworks to help clients better understand their patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. Together, we may explore how your past experiences, family dynamics, relationships, and cultural context continue to influence how you see yourself and connect with others. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and gently challenged. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of complicated emotions, and develop new ways of responding to yourself and the people around you. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning with a clearer sense of what you want to work on, I welcome you to come as you are. My goal is to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty as we work together toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
