About Me

Uncertainty about life or battles within you can make you feel stuck and overwhelmed. I am here to support your therapeutic process and navigate your journey by providing a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space.

My approach to counseling is integrative, person-center and trauma-informed. Grounded in evidence-based practice informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practice while I am working collaboratively with the client. Additionally, my practice is rooted in a multicultural and gender affirming approach to counseling deeply.

Currently, I’m a pre-licensed professional working at Mindful Path Psychology as a counseling intern, in addition to being enrolled in a Master's program in mental health counseling at Alfred University. I feel honored to walk alongside your journey together and empower you to process, embrace, release, and break through the steps of your life.

Plus, Check out the our In-person Narrative Therapy Group

The 10-week group integrates Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to explore the stories that shape our identities, relationships, and life experiences.
