For over 20 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families on health, relationships, families, career, and life transitions. Licensed in New York and California, I am a psychotherapist and consultant providing virtual therapy. Rooted in attachment theory, I see adults seeking individual therapy and provide consultations for couples and families. I am a graduate of Columbia University and Ackerman Institute for the Family. I practice relational, psychodynamic therapy and EMDR. My areas of specialty are health psychology, relationships, families, life and career transitions, self esteem and performance.
I enjoy working with creatives and professionals in media/tech, entertainment and the arts. My practice interest is enhancing the well being and mental health of women, Asian Americans, and clients with intercultural, immigrant, and intersectional identities. Additionally, I work well with clients impacted by illness, grief, loss and traumas.
I have a warm, engaged style and my approach is collaborative, practical, and straight forward. My goal is to listen and to provide reflections and feedback in a safe space for you to have meaningful insights about your past, present and future. Ultimately, leading to healing, choices and change.
