Issues Treated
Anxiety, Burnout, Career-Related Stress, Depression, Existential Crisis / Transition
It often feels like we live in a fast-paced world where our identities are reduced to our “productivity.” It’s understandable that you may have begun to doubt yourself and neglect your physical and emotional needs. However, we can challenge those negative thoughts to reshape our emotions and behaviors, which can improve our view of self and the quality of our interpersonal relationships. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide you with effective tools to help you utilize your own strengths to improve your interpersonal relationships. With an advanced clinical training in health, mental health, and disabilities at Columbia University, I have worked with a wide range of populations in diverse neighborhoods. I have worked in schools and multiple healthcare settings. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, we can develop healthier habits to help cope with any of life’s various obstacles. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space in which you can safely explore yourself and how you relate to others. I am passionate about supporting one’s unique intersecting identities. Please feel free to request for a phone consultation via my website. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
