I provide individual, couples, and family therapy that is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I see. I strongly value inclusivity, liberation, and respect. Having my clients trust me with their stories brings me great joy to know that I can help be the bridge for a person to dive deeper into their self-growth and connection to others. Being trained in numerous methodologies and techniques allows me to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to my clients. Together, we work not only toward developing healthy coping skills, but toward healing for a sense of purpose, contentment, and peace.
I am particularly skilled at working with people with complex trauma. While I am experienced working with people of many different backgrounds, I am well versed in working with people of color, inclusive to people of Caribbean and South Asian descent and immigrant communities where stigma is a barrier to accessing mental health.I am particularly skilled at working with people with complex trauma. I am a licensed master social worker and am currently enrolled in the 3-year Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute Program and The Gottman’s Method Couples Therapy Practitioner Program.
My practice was made with the intent of creating a safe space for people to come together for an opportunity to learn, grow, and create a life of meaning and fulfillment. I am a therapist who approaches therapy from an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens. I aim to create a collaborative authentic space to foster radical holistic healing for clients.
