Growing up between Nigeria, England, and now New York, I know what it’s like to move between cultures, expectations, and ways of belonging. As a third culture kid from an Indian family, I understand how complex it can feel to create a sense of home within yourself while adjusting to life in a new place. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or identity questions. I often work with international students, third culture kids, and individuals in transition, supporting them in finding clarity, grounding, and deeper connection with themselves and their relationships.
I believe therapy works best as a true partnership. Together, we’ll slow down, explore what feels heavy, and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Drawing from IFS, Somatic, Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, and AEDP approaches, I bring curiosity, warmth, and collaboration to support lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.
Our time together is a space for honesty, reflection, and growth. You’ll have the freedom to bring your full self, knowing it will be met with warmth and without judgment. Whether we’re processing old wounds, navigating relationships, or building a sense of safety within, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, and more at home in your life.
