You may be carrying questions about who you are, where you belong, or why certain parts of you feel at odds with one another. These questions can be painful and isolating, leaving parts of us silenced or shamed. But they can also mark the beginning for deeper self-understanding. I’m here to welcome all parts of you — even those that feel too painful or filled with self-doubt to face.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in an understanding of identity and culture. I see therapy as a space we create together. One that embraces your strengths and supports you to live in line with your values. Together, we’ll explore emotions, understand patterns, and develop insights. I want you to feel empowered as your most authentic self.
A little about me: My practice is deeply informed by my identity as an East Asian, cisgender woman who grew up in Shanghai and Toronto. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in journalism and storytelling, amplifying voices from marginalized communities. I now bring that same passion and dedication to therapy—holding space for voices and emotions that deserve to be heard and honored.
