I am a highly trained specialist in anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. I also work with clients struggling with depression, ADHD, and those navigating difficult life transitions. For the average person, this might be more readily experienced as family-related stress, imposter syndrome, social awkwardness, relational dissatisfaction, feeling stuck, and more.
If I can describe my approach to therapy in three words it would be collaborative, compassionate, and honest. It is guided by my fundamental belief that healing and recovery looks different for everyone. It doesn’t happen in a vacuum and your environment, culture, and all the different facets of your life and identity matter. What makes my work special is I meet you where you’re at and create a safe environment that empowers you to start living a more courageous, authentic, and meaningful life. I am encouraging and my clients know they have an advocate in me. I also help set clear treatment goals and can give you proven strategies to help achieve them.
