I don’t believe we seek out therapy because we are “flawed” or because we need to be “fixed.” Instead, I view therapy as an act of empowerment and resilience when navigating challenging systems, -isms, circumstances and relationships. My own lived experience as a neurodivergent Korean adoptee drives my commitment to practicing from a place that holds space for - and celebrates- each person’s multiple and intersecting identities. I work primarily with neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ folks as well as adoptees seeking to process their unique experiences.
