My style is to be exploratory, practical, and collaborative, while also creating an empathic and non judgmental environment. I utilize evidence based techniques, including EMDR, but always work relationally with a trauma informed and attachment based lens. Therapy will be catered to your specific needs and goals.

I am trained in EMDR and have worked with individuals with various mental health concerns and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma (racial, spiritual, intergenerational, childhood, interpersonal and sexual trauma), abuse, addiction (substance use, porn, love), relationship issues (including family of origin issues), imposter syndrome, burnout and life transitions. In addition, I work with individuals around issues of people pleasing, boundaries, stress, low self esteem, and feelings of guilt, shame, anger, and doubt.
