People seek therapy for many reasons, including feeling overwhelmed or stuck, navigating change, or wanting a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I work with adults, adolescents, and children to help make sense of these experiences and support meaningful change. Together, we can explore thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns in a collaborative and reflective way. I strive to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we slow things down and work toward a clearer understanding of yourself, more emotional steadiness, and greater confidence in facing challenges.
I take an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and goals. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic work and informed by other evidence-based frameworks (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT), as appropriate. I am attentive to how social, cultural, and relational contexts shape identity and experience. With children, my work is developmentally informed and often play-based. I offer therapy in both English and Korean.
Beginning therapy, whether for the first time or with a new therapist, can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what you need yet. I welcome you to reach out for a brief consultation so we can take things one step at a time together.

Between Worlds: A Group for Asian and Asian American Women. This weekly interpersonal process group offers Asian and Asian American women a space to connect with others while exploring relationships, identity, and emotional experiences in a supportive and reflective environment. While each person’s experience is unique, the group provides space to explore themes such as identity, belonging, family and cultural influences, communication patterns, self-expression, and navigating relationships across different contexts. All adult Asian and Asian American women are welcome, regardless of prior therapy or group experience.
