I am here for you because I believe in the healing power of safe, supportive relationships. For individuals who have pondered, “Who is my authentic self?” and “How do I want to show up in future relationships?” I welcome you into a non-judgmental space to explore those questions while we nurture self-acceptance and honor the defenses that serve to protect you. I use a multicultural, holistic approach to understand and guide each individual towards building new skills and making mindful choices that feel right for them. In the bustle of our everyday lives our sense of identity shifts and changes. Sometimes we feel lost, stuck, or suddenly amidst painful life experiences. I am here to hold your emotions until we can co-create a different way forward. I work with clients from all walks of life with experience in identity development relating to intergenerational conflict, relational struggle, cultural-ethnic expectations, masculinity, parenthood, and middle adulthood transitions. As an Advanced Clinical Fellow from Northwestern University, I am highly trained in the psychodynamic modality. I received my B.A. in Biopsychology from Vassar College providing me with a keen understanding of neuropsychology and the mind-body connection.
