I work with Asian American professionals and the larger BIPOC community navigating multiple identities and expectations, life transitions, family dynamics, and anxiety. My clients often come in with perfectionism, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, and having to be strategic in most environments rather than just being. I offer evening to early morning sessions (8pm-6am ET) Sunday - Thursday via telehealth.
As a Korean-American and child of immigrants, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work with people of color. I understand firsthand what it means to navigate multiple cultural worlds, and how that shapes the way you relate to yourself, your family, and the spaces you move through. This understanding is the foundation of my practice.
I work with intention and structure. Each session is purposeful, honest, and grounded in where you are. That means asking real questions, sitting with difficult truths, and tracking patterns over time. The work is reflective without being passive, and direct without being prescriptive. My clients typically like being challenged.
You can expect to gain understanding and clarity in your past/current experiences and empowerment in your relationship with yourself and others through our work together.
I currently have limited sliding scale slots as well as one $100 slot available to start the week of 9/13/26.
