About Me

You may feel stuck in painful relationship patterns—repeating the same conflicts, feeling distant, or unsure how to reconnect. Maybe past wounds are showing up in your current relationships, or you're navigating identity, culture, or family dynamics that feel hard to name. I work with individuals and couples navigating attachment wounds, relational trauma, and emotional disconnection. Together, we'll slow things down, understand the deeper patterns, and build more secure, meaningful connections—with yourself and with others.

My approach is grounded in humanistic & somatic practices—meaning we work with both the mind & the body. I use mindfulness to regulate the nervous system & draw from EFT, IFS, & the Gottman Method to shift relational patterns. As a systemic therapist, I explore how family history shapes who we are today, & support you in making meaningful, lasting changes.

I draw from lived experience at the intersection of faith, culture, immigration, and queer identity, with a focus on couple and family challenges. I'm passionate about working with POC and LGBTQ+ communities. If you're looking for a warm, culturally attuned, queer-affirming space, reach out for a free 15-min. consultation to see if we're a good fit.
