About Me

Given the complexities and demands of society today, it is inevitable that at some point in all of our lives, we will experience an emotional or challenging event. This is especially so during the current COVID 19 emergency. My view of therapy is that I am here to help you. Together we will explore your situation and utilize the strengths within you, at your own pace, to overcome the challenges the world presents to you. I have treated individuals and couples of various ethnicities, LGBTQ and Straight, native and non-native speakers. I specialize in issues including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, acculturation, cross cultural issues, life and career transitions, low self-esteem, personal growth, trauma, loss and grief, relationship issues, and stress management. Acknowledging your challenges is the first step towards resolving them. I look forward to working with you and navigating together towards your goals.
