About Me

On the outside, it may look like you have it all together, but inside, something feels stuck. Many grew up where emotions were dismissed, identity had little room to develop, or love felt conditional. Over time, you learned to put everyone else first, wonder if you're the problem, and lose touch with your feelings and needs. In relationships, opening up still feels risky. These patterns make sense. They reflect how you learned to survive. But they don't have to get in the way anymore. I work with young adults in their 20s and 30s, including many from Asian, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities, who are ready to move beyond surviving.

In our work, you may shift from feeling triggered, disconnected to calmer, more secure, and more able to trust and connect. I use Lifespan Integration (LI), a trauma-informed approach that helps your brain and body experience that the past is truly over, so healing happens from the inside out, alongside DBT skills for distress tolerance and regulation.

You don't have to have the right words or figure it all out before reaching out! I want you to know that nothing you share will be judged or labeled. I'll receive your story with compassion and warmth. Email me to set up a free 15-minute consultation. I'll walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have : )
