Do you often feel caught between cultural expectations and your own needs? Maybe you've spent years staying strong for others, putting your own emotions aside, or feeling responsible for keeping everything together. You don't have to navigate those struggles alone.
As a Korean immigrant and bilingual therapist, I work with Korean/ Asian individuals navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Cultural and Racial identity, Immigrant Experiences, and Intergenerational Trauma.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself. I provide virtual therapy throughout New York and New Jersey and offer sessions entirely in Korean when preferred.
My work is grounded in Narrative and Relational Therapy, believing that you are the expert of your own story. Together, we can make sense of the experiences that have shaped you, reconnect with your voice, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
