About Me

I work with women who are done surviving and ready to actually live.

Many of my clients come to me after years of therapy. They're self-aware, they understand their patterns, they know where things went wrong. And they're still waking up at 3am after a fight with their partner, convinced they're unloveable, cycling through the same relationships, the same shutdowns, the same loneliness. Insight isn't the missing piece. Something deeper is.

I specialize in complex trauma and childhood sexual abuse. I work somatically and relationally, which means we work with the whole of you, not just your thoughts. The relationship between us becomes part of the healing, a place to practice feeling safe, seen, and not alone. The body holds what the mind has tried to outrun. That's where the real change happens.

The women I work with come in feeling stuck. They leave able to have a hard conversation without losing themselves. To feel triggered and know how to come back. To stop abandoning themselves in relationships. To feel at home in their own bodies for the first time.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation. You don't need the right words. Just reach out.
