About Me

You might feel unseen, overwhelmed by self-criticism, or struggle to connect deeply with yourself and your body; you might seek to improve relationships or recover from past wounds; you might be navigating complex identities, facing social injustices, or yearning for deeper self-understanding - my ideal client is someone determined to heal, change, and grow. If these challenges resonate with you, you are ready to embark on a transformative journey with me toward a more fulfilled and authentic self.

My practice combines psychodynamic and IFS-informed methods with an existential, person-centered approach. Specializing in multicultural issues and trauma-informed care, I utilize a warm, reflective style to empower my clients. I also possess a professional classical pianist background and training in music and art therapy.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music from New York University and a Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.

While therapy may not change everything immediately, it offers a real and revealing life experience through professional guidance and self-exploration. Whether you're dealing with specific dilemmas or are just curious about therapy, you're in the right place with me. Let's figure out what you seek from life and master the tides :)
