Do you feel discouraged at feeling unfulfilled, down, or lonely as a Christian? Do you feel a lack of a sense of belonging even when you are a part of a church community? What role does therapy play in the life of a Christian? A healthy supportive church community does offer much of what helps a believer flourish in Christ. However, living in this fallen world, we all have our fair share of trauma and grief, from our family, friends, and church, and many of our needs are beyond what our support community today can meet.
This is where therapy or coaching with me could come in. As a bilingual psychologist, life coach, and a practicing Christian with years of experiences supporting Christians and helping them find meaning and purposes in life, I can help you work through your difficult experiences in light of faith and worldview in Christ. I can be the branch of the church body that should have been with you through the hard times and provide the nutrients to move life to the next level.
Many challenges in life are not meant to be overcome by us individually. So, if I can be the person privileged enough to join you on your journey to follow Jesus more closely and enjoy God more, don’t hesitate to contact me for a free consultation!
My goal is to understand what it is like to be you in your specific contexts and provide the new experiences and insights to help you obtain a fulfilling life as a Christian! God ultimately heals, but we can do our parts, collaborating and facilitating the process of healing and growth.
Given how secular the mental health field has become, it could be challenging to find helping professionals who are familiar with your faith. It is my mission to fill this gap of care for believers and serve Christ through serving my brothers and sisters (Matthew 25:31-40) as a psychologist or life coach. Fit is important for the effectiveness of our work. Book a free consultation to test it out!
