Are you navigating through emotional challenges, relational struggles, or perhaps facing the impact of betrayal trauma or religious trauma? Whether it's anxiety, depression, grief, loss, or the aftermath of traumatic experiences, it's okay to seek support. If you find yourself feeling lost, as if life has hit a standstill, and the joy seems elusive, know that you're not alone.
I extend an invitation to you, inviting you into a secure and non-judgmental environment where we can explore your journey together. My aim is to provide therapeutic support, helping you overcome obstacles and guiding you towards a state of relational, emotional, mental, spiritual, and behavioral well-being.
In my practice, I specialize in EMDR for individuals coping with trauma, be it Betrayal, Religious, PTSD, or Complex trauma. I've also received additional training in addressing partner betrayal trauma and am a CPTT candidate, assisting those navigating the challenges of infidelity. Through modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based approaches, I create a safe space for healing. Together, we can delve into a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships, and behaviors, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and the complexities of life stressors.
I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey toward connection, growth, and healing. Drawing from a wealth of experience in counseling, education, and pastoral work, I've assisted numerous couples, individuals, and families in overcoming life's hurdles.
Feel free to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation; I'm here to listen and support you on your path to a more fulfilling life.
