About Me

My greatest hope is to be someone who can offer you genuine understanding and empathy, providing a compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will create an environment that feels both empowering and supportive, helping you move toward a sense of direction and balance in your life. I view our work together as a collaborative process, where we explore your experiences in an open, nonjudgmental way. By doing so, we can uncover valuable insights and build self-awareness to help you address challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

My area of focus is supporting young adults through life transitions, including navigating career concerns, interpersonal relationships, and identity development. During a stage of life often shaped by expectations of what adulthood “should” look like, it is natural to feel lost. I aim to provide a supportive space to help you build self-confidence and develop a stronger sense of self during a time when it can seem as though everyone else has it figured out.

I am committed to fostering an environment where you can feel truly seen and heard—where you are free to share without fear of judgment or preconceived ideas. This space is for you to discover and be your most authentic self. Every perspective, every story has meaning, and I am genuinely excited to learn about yours.
