About Me

Please note, I am currently conducting sessions via teletherapy given the COVID-19 situation. I specialize in working with those struggling with life transitions, identity issues, and racial/cultural concerns, in particular, the Asian American experience. I aim to establish a safe, supportive space where we can work together to better understand the underlying mechanisms behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that you may take the necessary steps to lead the life you want. I work from an integrative perspective, combining an insight-oriented approach with goal-focused interventions. In doing so, the objective is to help you develop a stronger sense of self and bolster your abilities to adapt and thrive.
