As a first-generation child of immigrants and longtime caregiver, I believe deeply in each person’s innate resilience and capacity for growth. At times, we all need support reconnecting with those strengths while navigating life’s complexity and overwhelm.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration. I draw from various approaches, including ACT, DBT, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered frameworks to help clients cultivate self-awareness, identify patterns that hold them back, and move toward more meaningful and authentic ways of living.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in consulting, where I discovered my passion for understanding human behavior and building relationships. Experiencing burnout during the pandemic prompted me to realign my life with my values and ultimately led me to this work—helping others find clarity and healing.
