I believe that both pain and healing are rooted in the relationships we have with ourselves and others, and I strive to create therapeutic relationships with my clients that are characterized by authenticity, warmth, and acceptance. Guided by a relational cultural perspective, I work in collaboration with clients to address challenges around identity, relationships, intimacy, past trauma, life transitions. With experience across a wide range of settings, I am dedicated to meeting clients where they are in their culture, identity, and self-expression.
I am passionate about working with young Asian American women and women of color in exploring relationships, self-esteem, codependency identity, and healing. I also love working with minority and/or interracial couples to address cultural issues, communication, and intimacy.
