Cultural Issues, Identity, Immigration, Mood / Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues

I grew up between languages and cultures, and came to New York at age 18—which means I've spent most of my life learning to exist between worlds. That experience taught me early that the most important things resist easy translation. I work with individuals and couples navigating complex identities, trauma, mood disorders, and the weight of trying to understand yourself while still living your life. My background spans counseling, care coordination, and behavioral therapy, with much of my work centered on people moving through anxiety, depression, relational challenge, and cultural or life transitions—especially within communities that are often underserved. My approach is relational, multicultural, and gently challenging. I bring humility and curiosity to every person I sit with, and deep respect for what it means to carry more than one world inside you. If you’re ready, I’d love to help you find the words.
