Has an unexpected change left you wondering who you are outside of the role, goal, or identity that once defined you? As a former Division I athlete, I understand how deeply achievement and belonging can become tangled with your sense of self. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and major life transitions with particular experience supporting immigrants, people of color, international students, athletes, and young professionals navigating identity and cultural adjustment.
Many clients carry perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-doubt shaped by family, culture, or years of proving themselves. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and somatic-based, blending ACT, inner child healing, somatic and emotion-focused work to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your resilience, and feel more like yourself.
Together, we explore the patterns contributing to these challenges, strengthen practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that reflects your values and goals. I also help individuals heal from unresolved childhood trauma and understand how early experiences influence relationships, self-worth, emotional regulation, and daily life.
