About Me

If you often feel emotionally stuck—numb, anxious, or disconnected—you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing through, staying busy, or striving to meet others’ expectations, only to feel empty or unsure of who you really are. As a bilingual therapist (English/中文), I specialize in helping individuals, especially Asian and Chinese clients, untangle emotional patterns shaped by cultural trauma, family dynamics, and the weight of being “the good child.”

In our work, we’ll slow down and turn inward—gently connecting with feelings that may have been buried for a long time. I draw from experiential and somatic approaches (AEDP-informed) to help unfreeze these emotions, while also bringing a deep, psychoanalytical lens to explore how early relationships shaped your current struggles.

I offer a warm, attuned space to help you reconnect with yourself and your inner aliveness—not just to reduce symptoms, but to feel more grounded, seen, and capable of building the life and relationships you want. Together, we’ll work toward healing that’s not just about “functioning better,” but about becoming more fully, authentically you.
