Mandarin-Speaking Support Group for Young Professionals

This will be a 12-week Mandarin-speaking support group for young professionals who experience burnout, anxiety, and difficulty settling into the hustle of New York City. The group is designed to help Mandarin-speaking individuals to process their life struggles in their own language. In the meantime, the group will invite participants to work on emotional regulation, personal values, and self-care planning.
