Being a woman sucks sometimes, forget thigh gaps, how about wage gaps? Tired of feeling imposter syndrome and not feeling good enough? Do you feel the crushing pressure to conform and perform in a career, relationship while looking amazing? Tired of toxic relationships? There’s not enough time in a day, and finding balance without sacrificing your mental health, and feeling burnout and stressed out all the time. Are you hungry for a safe space for support, and connection with other women who are also looking to step up in relationships, career and mental wellness?
This support group will discuss how lack of boundaries can lead to burnout and the “shoulds” are holding you back from asking for what you want in life! We will also have mindfulness exercises at the end of each session and optional challenges and exercises to help us grow.
