This will be a 12-week Mandarin-speaking support group for young professionals who experience burnout, anxiety, and difficulty settling into the hustle of New York City.

The group is designed to help Mandarin-speaking individuals to process their life struggles in their own language. In the meantime, the group will invite participants to work on emotional regulation, personal values, and self-care planning.

You will leave this group with:

  • An understanding of the difference between burnout and daily tiredness. Participants will be able to assess their energy by reading bodily and mental messages
  • Ability to express complex emotions to precisely respond to yourself and your relationships 
  • Practical mindfulness skills that you can practice by gauging your needs and preference
    Practical tools to establish goals, overcome barriers and increase motivation to facilitate changes
  • A holistic understanding of your value system that guides you to the ideal version of yourself

This support group is for Mandarin-speaking young professionals who experience burnout, anxiety, procrastination, the feeling of lost, and difficult transitions. 


When: Tuesdays at 7:30pm from August 30th to November 15th

Price: $65 / per session (90 minutes)
